Florida Multicultural District • 2021–Present
Developing a creative operation capable of serving more than 200 organizations
The Florida Multicultural District needed more than individual graphics or event support. It needed a sustainable creative and production department capable of serving a growing network of more than 200 churches and organizations throughout Florida.
As Creative Director, I founded and developed a multidisciplinary media and creative team responsible for live production, video, photography, graphic design, broadcast, social media, and organizational communications.
The Challenge
The organization supported numerous ministries, leaders, conferences, and large-scale events, each with different audiences and communication needs.
Creative requests were increasing, but the organization needed consistent branding, clearer workflows, stronger production systems, and a team capable of delivering quality work across both live and digital environments.
My Role
I provided creative leadership and production strategy across the organization, including:
Building and leading a 10–15-person creative team
Establishing production workflows and creative standards
Directing live events for audiences of 2,000–4,000+
Producing broadcasts reaching more than 5,000 online viewers
Overseeing photography, video, graphics, and social content
Managing schedules, budgets, equipment, and vendor relationships
Coaching team members and developing new creative leaders
Collaborating with organizational leadership on messaging and strategy
The Approach
I developed a team-centered creative structure that connected organizational goals with practical production systems.
Clear roles, repeatable workflows, training, and brand standards gave the team a consistent foundation. Projects were approached as connected experiences rather than isolated deliverables: event production supported digital content, photography supported communications, and social campaigns extended the reach of live gatherings.
The Outcome
The department grew into a sustainable creative operation serving more than 200 churches and organizations.
Its work supported in-person audiences of 2,000–4,000+, broadcasts reaching more than 5,000 online viewers, and digital communications extending across multiple communities. Through stronger storytelling, SEO, and coordinated social campaigns, the organization achieved more than 200% growth in online engagement.
Most importantly, the organization gained a creative team and production system capable of continuing to develop beyond any single project or event.

AdventHealth Digital Screen Activation
Content Creation • Motion Content • Digital Displays
Denver International Airport
Bringing a healthcare campaign into a high-traffic environment
AdventHealth extended its Expert ER Care campaign into Denver International Airport through a digital-screen activation designed to reach travelers with a clear and recognizable message.
For this project, I developed and prepared visual content for delivery across the airport’s digital displays. The creative needed to remain readable, visually consistent, and immediately understandable in an environment where audiences are constantly moving.
The Challenge
Airport advertising has only a few seconds to capture attention. Travelers are surrounded by signs, announcements, movement, and competing visual information.
The content therefore needed to communicate quickly while maintaining AdventHealth’s established brand identity. It also had to translate successfully from a traditional campaign into motion content suitable for large digital displays.
My Role
My responsibilities included:
Preparing branded visual content for digital playback
Adapting campaign assets for a screen-based environment
Developing concise motion sequences
Maintaining consistent typography, color, and messaging
Formatting and delivering production-ready assets
Reviewing the final content for clarity and visual impact
The Approach
I focused on simplifying the visual hierarchy so the central message could be understood at a glance. Motion was used intentionally to attract attention and guide viewers through the content without overwhelming the healthcare message.
The final assets balanced brand recognition with the practical requirements of a busy public environment, creating a consistent campaign experience across the digital-screen activation.
The Outcome
The completed activation gave AdventHealth a polished and cohesive presence inside one of the country’s busiest transportation environments. The short-form visual content delivered the Expert ER Care message clearly while maintaining a professional, recognizable brand presentation.

AdventHealth Central Florida Division Service Awards
Live Events & AVL • Visual Programming • Show Playback
Orange County Convention Center • 2026
Creating a cohesive experience for an evening of recognition
The AdventHealth Central Florida Division Service Awards celebrated team members who had dedicated between 15 and 50 years of service. The production needed to feel polished, intentional, and worthy of the people being recognized.
For this event, I handled visual programming and playback using Disguise and ProPresenter. Working alongside lighting programmer Grewy Castillo, who operated the lighting through Obsidian ONYX, we coordinated the visual and lighting elements to support every stage of the program.
The Challenge
Recognition events depend on timing. Presentations, visual content, lighting, and live cues must work together without distracting from the people and stories being celebrated.
The challenge was to deliver a seamless visual experience across a live program containing multiple cues, transitions, and recognition moments.
My Role
I was responsible for:
Visual programming and show playback
Disguise media-server operation
ProPresenter programming and operation
Managing visual cues and transitions
Coordinating visual timing with the lighting team
Supporting the production team throughout the live event
The Approach
Before and during the event, I organized the visual content, prepared the playback systems, and ensured each cue was ready for the correct moment in the program.
Close communication between lighting and visuals allowed both departments to operate as one creative system. Rather than simply displaying content, we used the technology to support the tone of the evening and reinforce the significance of each recognition moment.
The Outcome
The result was a cohesive live experience that brought lighting, presentation content, and visual playback together with purpose. Every technical element supported the larger goal: honoring decades of dedication and creating a memorable evening for AdventHealth team members and their guests.
Services: Live event production, visual programming, show playback, Disguise, ProPresenter, and production collaboration.
